Poblacion is where Manila actually goes out. A few tight blocks in Makati packed with cocktail dens, speakeasies, rooftops and dance floors stacked on top of each other — you can bar-hop all night and never repeat yourself. Start with craft cocktails at spots like Banter and Jive or PubLa Bar, climb to a rooftop when it gets warm, then disappear into a late-night club like Halxyon. It's loud, sweaty, walkable and a little chaotic — which is exactly why it's the heart of the scene. Bring cash, wear what you want, and don't plan your exit too early.
