Kapitolyo turned from food park to legit nightlife pocket — cocktail bars like The Last Home, a rooftop or two, an Irish pub in St. Patrick's, and Latin BBQ-and-brews at Tittos. Tight, walkable and full of character. A favorite for Pasig and Mandaluyong locals.
