Pasay (Seascape)

Seascape Village sits on the Pasay bayside near the MOA complex — a cluster of restaurants and clubs by the water that fills up late and leans big-night-out. It's a different Pasay from Newport: no casino hotel wrapped around it, just the strip, the bay air and rooms that run until the early hours. Easiest by car, and worth checking what's on before you drive over.
